I discuss the evolution of my coaching and fitness journey, going back to 2010, the shifts I experienced in the mid-2010s, and the unexpected changes that we faced in 2020.
I learned valuable lessons in this journey that helped me problem-solve for myself and incorporate those into my coaching recommendations for those I work with.
I may find my story relatable in some way, but I’m certain the lessons I learned will be helpful for you as well.
